Chapter Numbers

i will say it all
pay the price
for being a fool
chapter numbers
have being forgotten
and the orchard of childhood
maybe sometimes rotten
but in time there is healing
but the scar,
is deeper than the love ever was
i will say it all
chapter numbers
have being forgotten
there is not even –
a beginning, a middle or an end
just an irregular pattern –
that we are weaving
with stranger friends
i will say it all
pay this price
for being a fool
