Fragile Perception
why did you perceive the tiniest things –
as rejection?
at what stage in your development
did that become the only direction
why was rejection to hard to accept?
it is hard but of life –
what lack of respect –
drove you away from the light?
why is your life narrative and pattern
one of making an excuse?
and why do you perceive rejection –
and expect rejection –
even when it is not really there
there is a cast of people –
who you see as people who have rejected you
and, strangely,
we have all being assigned some form of condition
