A Tiny Life
godparents,
a tiny life
one with tiny hands –
clutched so tight
not so sure what to write –
on the card
godparents
who knows what the future holds
we will always be there for you
and we hope –
all your dreams come true
and they do not
have fun dreaming them
just have fun along the way
because life is a complex thing
that is all we can say
