that spreads through families –
like a group cancer
alcoholism is the tip of an iceberg
if you know it,
you know how it moves
watching –
someone’s mental health problems
repeatedly poured into a glass,
alcoholism is a mental illness
does mental health scare you?
are you afraid,
that it is just waiting in the wings?
there, to snatch you –
from your suburban paradise
alcoholism is one of the six –
recognised mental health disorders
so i have to tell you, it is a mental illness
