Sound of Applause
no one else’s words –
will be a stand alone answer
no one,
fact or fiction
no crystal balls of prediction
no solid reason
no guaranteed season
the only road map
in fact the only journey –
comes from within
no one else opens doors
and no one –
should need the sound of applause
and it’s no good –
nailing yourself to one cause
you do not need no one else’s words
no other approval
or the sound of applause
