No Disgrace in Feelings
there is no disgrace in no succeeding
those who tell you –
that you are a failure
simply do not care
button up your coat
and taste the brazen air
there is no disgrace in feeling
in fact,
feelings,
can perform with a certain degree of grace
so button up your coat
and put a smile back upon your face
those that tell you otherwise
simply do not care
and they’re clearly insecure inside
there is no harm in honesty
it does not need to be difficult
and it does not need to sink the boat
if they try to tell you otherwise
just button up your coat
and sail across oceans within your eyes
you can always float
and we can always find a feeling deep inside
