Yesterday
there is no point in looking for yesterday,
it has come and gone,
and the only imprint left is that of memories
and maybe,
just maybe,
shadows of regret
there is no point in looking for yesterday,
it has left,
packed up all it’s things
and in turn,
it has become an instrument of theft
leaving you, at times, so bereft
there is no point in looking for yesterday
it has changed it’s appearance,
and now it looks like today
