Self Diagnosis
i need constant work
try though,
not to impose on others
but equally,
do not store things under the covers
maybe,
the end of the world,
will be on colour t.v
maybe,
it’s just you and me
as i work on my brain,
and polish aspects of my frame
wondering why,
i love so much the face of my shame
and why,
inadequacy plays such compelling games
i need constant work
i am a series,
not just a one off
i am episodic,
but perhaps at times just too much
try though,
not to impose on others
especially,
when my balance is under the covers
and that,
that’s what goes on me for me
a constant self diagnosis of paper chains
hung across my reality
