no one knows how i feel right now
i recline in the arms,
of those that love me
with their lamplight lives

those doors remain open
for those that know
for those that hold on

time spent with friends
time to think
time to reminisce
when we were on the brink

i always wanted to know
about your life jigsaw
and in that jigsaw,
what i exactly meant

and i cannot decide,
if i have been replaced or rejected
i was not aware of an election
but this new person has been elected

seems like –
i hot in the way of your life plan
if only –
you would try and understand

is the fear of so called abnormal
just a reflection –
of a person who is happy with themselves
what others call, ‘odd’
is how some of us actually float and bob

what you say to him
you once said to me
i see the jigsaw
and how easily pieces are replaced
