Just a Connection
as human beings
we just want connection
for someone to be proud
as a collection of feelings
we just want a reason
a place we can feel settled
where every part of our being
can be accepted
this time, find me
let me be who i am
flows are not to be avoided
we can work on a solution
as human beings
we need to connect
through the many streams
of our being
we need to be held
and for someone or some people
to love us
