Careful Not to Fall Apart

i am probably,
more tired than i should be
strange,
that i should be enjoying
looking after,
managing a team
i am probably,
more tired than is healthy
pushing hard
being careful,
not to fall apart
making sure,
the sleep seizures do not find me
(although they always do)
let me shape my own future
rather than accepting,
the shapes previously,
presented to me
let me be what i want to be
rather than previously accepting
versions i could never quite see
i am probably
more tired than i should be
