you will never know
you will always change
you will hide
you will survive
but you will never know
we can play, ice cream
by the old school wall
but you will never know
how i used a tool
to change what i know
it went inside from the confines of my mind
we can race about, playing war
we can pretend to shoot
but you will never get me
i have nothing left to hook
i ran quickly, playing off ground touch
you will never know, unless i write a book
and not even that may be enough
you will change
you will always be you
with a hint of menace
that everyone has
but it will never make sense
and it will never show
so you will never know
