do not be afraid of people
they are,
as scared as you
they may appear
intelligent, or very clever
but inside,
they are braving the same weather

do not fear people,
of be over awed
equal measures come into play
and equality,
we all know is equally flawed

try not to back down
of doff perceived cap
do not look up
and do not swallow their unpalatable facts
do not assume that they know best
answering questions,
make them take a test

do not be afraid
they do not always know best
