Empowerment

Empowerment

you know
you are empowered
decision making is within grasp
it has not,
just galloped past
and it never drove by,
way too fast
we fall into giving
what we have
never really given
and ideas
that suit our personal stance
you are not completely governed
you do have a chance
it does mean
a reality
where there is some element
of some sort of self responsibility
and whilst
discrimination exists
it was never defeated
by apathy
and no thing was completed
by no compliance
found that resilience
found that self reliance
