Nuclear Threat
as you place your hands
and stare at the screen
it is a nuclear threat
and if it is real
then it is a nuclear death
and we re meant to be talking
telling the children the answers
saying everything is going to be alright
but we do not have the answers
we do not have the reassurance
threats can be made
the balance between living
and what should wait
should we wait and let them build up
or all is it all too late
the is night they say
they read their nostradamus
but out of context
and we turn over the television
trying to understand
we do not know
