was not a ‘success’
but you never knew me
your lack of self respect
honesty…
and the ability to confess
it was only you
that dictated my life,
was not a success
that was for your own benefit
what should i expect
you need me to fail
and trip over myself
you have never set sail
and remain uncomfortable
with every fibre of yourself
i am contented,
with who i am
it is not about perfection
just about what you understand
