It’s The Hypocrisy That Bites

it is the hypocrisy that bites
they call me one thing
yet they do the same
she sleeps with any good looking guy
who gives her the attention
yet she says, she is not playing around
just trying to get out there
and true love, not yet found
and then, he said to me
something that was really hurtful
and yet he could be himself
she was at home waiting
counting dreams on the shelf
whilst he had his night of fun
with a nobody somebody else
and how could I forget the event
where after too much alcohol 
he showed that to me he was no different
it is their hypocrisy that bites
judging me…
as if they are somehow different and better
