The Ever Growing Space

no more you
gone away from here
taken down the flag
only you and mum
and a distance dad
the brains of the future
or so they think
swell in their immature environment
no more you
just a scream i never meant
hope and then despair
your weekly wardrobe
and the different faces you wear
it is hard to know
where you have gone
it is easier for you to understand
where i have been wrong
only mistakes and half eaten cakes
who said you could have it all?
no more you
no time to pity this fool
only time to change the things you do
