The Taste of Your Own Medicine

the taste of your own medicine
did not go down too well
i gave you a teaspoon
you gave me a bell

the taste of your own medicine
with a childproof cap
it is funny that even with that cap removed
you could not swig it back

the taste of your own medicine
not as sweet as you thought
the bitter taste
shows that you have been taught
