Always Together

thinking about you
are you thinking about me
are you, really?
you may not look too good
and you hair may not fall –
in all the right places
but you know how to give –
the kind of thing someone needs
it stops the hurt
and heals the wounds that bleed
i am not really bothered
i know what you feel
it is more than anything
it is all about –
looking after each other
and in that respect
we will always be together
