Knives

i cannot fix myself
without fixing you
without our lives
we need the glue
instead of knives
that split us in two
i was strong,
but i had barely crawled out of the cave
i could not come along but i am not that brave
but i do believe in independence
i am not in favour of slaves
this is all about us
