I Feel Better Today

i feel better today
yesterday,
dark clouds
rolled across my day
and the sun never rose,
that high
there was no rain however
too numb to cry
and too good an evening
for me to try

i feel better today
yesterday,
i asked for justice
and screamed
and bawled and shouted
called for a mothers love
and although,
the want is till there
today the sun,
has rose high
