What Is It I Hope to Find?
no one criticises me –
more than me
no one is more self aware
and painfully aware of me
but what good does it do?
what is the point –
of all this introspection
it is such painful dissection
i sit here –
thinking things over in my mind
i wonder, what is it –
i hope to find?
