War Games
another conflict looms
we have been here before
another cause
another leader trying
on a jacket for size
the type you wear
when you dream of first prize
when you are limited
and there is something in your eye
here we are
waiting for people to die
and yet we vote in
these disturbed individuals
we mistake psychopathic tendencies
for something crucial
another disaster looms
and they will claim
that they worship a god
they claim something divine
that we fail to see
as we wait over time
we have been here before
and here we are again
i thought people had said no more
