Bomb
i am afraid
afraid when it comes,
it is going to be easier to run
love, the end of the world
it feels just the same
a cynical person,
i am to blame
i am afraid
for those with statistics,
readers, friends, money
and the people who have supported them
i am afraid,
that they hold the keys
to life’s ultimate dreams
they win the world over
i am afraid
it is time to take cover
if the truth,
is a bomb waiting to go off
then really,
it is one that already has
