love me –
and believe in me
in a way –
other relationships –
have not
in a way –
that ties all the knots –
in my stomach
sets my butterflies free
and takes me home
love me –
and believe in me
in a way
that other relationships –
have not
those times,
when people pursued –
personal gain
wanting unreasonable things
leaving me in the rain
