I Do Not Need a Mirror
i do not need a mirror
to see my reflection
it is something to feel
it remains,
forever real
all the stress and strains
sit inside my eyes
i do not need a mirror
i can feel it deep inside
every thought,
every action,
it is hard not to give in
to all of life’s, ‘distractions’
i feel older than i am
for the palm readers
there is a complex map on my hands
i do not need a mirror
i already understand
