Something Extra
perhaps i need something extra
something special
something different
something i do not know
yet something that is sorely missed
something that will not go
something that does not exist
they cannot give you what they have not got
and if the arrow is never going to hit the target
then there is no point in taking a shot
perhaps i need something extra
the complications get me down
same record and it has the same sound
beautiful cathedral maybe,
but you know, this is just a small town
and that plug it is always square
yet i fear the answer will always be round
