This Breakdown is Not So Bad


this breakdown is not so bad
problems catch up with me
but i am not so sad
this breakdown has been coming
i know i am going mad
individually, things do not add up
but together,
they are a lot to contend with
i want to respond
but first, i need to find a way to live
this breakdown is not so bad
any mental illness is always fallout
and forgiveness is always my shout
it is hard not to feel sad
this breakdown is not so bad
