I See Love in Your Eyes

i see love –
in your eyes
those eyes tell me stories
ones of love, of hope –
abandonment and stolen glories

i see love –
in your eyes
it flows across the bed
it makes me happy
and it makes me warm

i see love –
in your eyes
and they speak to me
in ways –
i cannot describe
you and i
and how if feels inside
