I Would Just Like to Tell You

i would just like to tell you
as i sit here and dwell
that some day, someone will love you
with all their hearts might
you might sit there and wonder
if you are the subject of this write
well, i can tell you, you are special
a million illuminating lights
i do not have to say your name
only that i know you and you are special
and that you inspired me to write
and some day that sun will shine
and you will be loved and held so tight
