Where Did I Learn My Lines
people appear to,
connect to me
and i think i am fine
i wonder though,
where did i learn my lines?
i feel safe and articulate
my feelings,
just like particulates
and i find myself
connecting to people
explaining myself,
in ways that even i understand
i seem okay though
at least in these moments
where i am sat and relaxed
these are the best moments
and, for once, just being me
finally gets off my back
people appear to connect to me
