Seaside Depression – Written Between February and June 1995 (Aged 20)

Seaside Depression

life is going to change
i know you have felt the pain
let’s move away to the country
how about it?
you and me,
i have been by the seaside too long
ever since i was drawing cartoons
when i was young
i have got seaside depression
and it is dragging me down –
to the bottom of some unknown sea
i think i could drown
so, how about you and me
moving back to the country?
