Alley Cats, Snakes and Crocodiles
i dodge the alley cats
i dodge the snakes
and even the crocodiles
and then,
you walk through the door
they make you sit down
and stare at the floor
i cannot do this anymore…
but you carry on
and try to find a link
they pull you apart
and then leave you out on the brink
