I Am Not Blind – Written March 2009 (Aged 34)

I Am Not Blind

just realise
that i hurt
that i am not blind
that i gave you so much
that i hungered –
for your touch
just realise
i cannot walk away
with a smile
i need to work through feelings
and that may take a while
emotions have –
different types of dress
anger, greif, loss, change
and i must work through this mess
