Puff Out Your Chest

you can puff out your chest
claim to have won first prize
have you ever had a cup of tea –
that tasted just too sweet?
have you jumped the pavement cracks
and got lost on your favourite street
twenty nine is just a number
thirty helps you find those feet
there is a desert which you cross
take some water
and then, try not to get lost
you can turn around you globe
as you try always just to do your best
you can claim to have won first prize
as you puff out your chest
