This Moment – Written Thursday 10th September 2009 (Aged 34)

This Moment

i think this moment
is a healthy point
these,
more difficult life moments
should not be made up
to wear the clothes of shame
applied with make up
which mours our blame
let the emotion flow
give it a reason
and a valid place to go
i think this moment
it will be good for me
some will avoid the lions
i say set them free
let them gorge on my tears
play in the scrub
and hunt down my fears
let’s not keep it in
let’s be honest and free
i think this moment
is healthy for me
