A Positive Me
you want a positive me
a version,
that just walks across the sea
who did you know then?
who did you see?
i have always been this way
poor old flawed me
you want a man
but there is too much to say
you wanted convenience
yet you got a toy
you wanted a script
but i cannot find the plot
failure is never far
and the fear of failure is closer still
you could have found a mountaineer
but i cannot not even make it up the hill
you want a positive me
a version,
that completes totally
a vision of non reality
something they call a fantasy
