Put It Into Words

i feel better
when i put it into words
sentences,
well, they do not feel like a sentence
they seem to set something free
and when i put down my words
i feel much more comfortable with me
rather than,
full of thoughts
that feels like absolute confusion
i feel better
when i put it into words
i always have,
writing it down leaves me, much less down
and,
well, they do not feel like a sentence
they do set something free
and, it is life long, isn’t it
getting to know just who you could be
