Reasons

when i told you –
it would be good
you should have known
that it would
what a life we could lead
you and me
friends go out,
friends come home
all alone
without a thing to do
what a life we could lead
me and you
i am so abstract
making salvador dali look real
i am so abstract in my mind
and in the way i feel
but i am with you
and i am glad it is real
i have got more reasons
than the earth has seasons
but we are still alive
what a life we could lead
me and you
