why do i feel i am drifting
towards you
these days
and in these moments
you seem softer
and closer
than you have ever done
since we first met each other
when we were so young
could i be
reading this all wrong
why do i feel
that suddenly from
memories of change
and sudden expose
that you of all people
suddenly makes sense
like a boat finds a port
just as the self destruction
button is pressed
have i found you aboard?
