Counting the Cost
a relationship between two people –
of any type of kind,
whatever its nature
when it does not work out
it is not necessarily a loss
but fail to see the joy
to see the light,
and the beauty,
to snuff out the light
just because you feel you have lost
to be wracked with shame
and so contorted by the insecurities
the ones,
that have always nurtured you
that is the loss
that is why you will remain unfulfilled
and be forever counting the cost
