Points Failure – Written Monday 8th September 2008 (Aged 33)

Points Failure

i thought about you
just as the train stopped
the points had failed
and,
we could not move forward
then i realised that perhaps –
with you –
i could move forwards
perhaps,
then, maybe,
it will collapse,
in some kind of landslide
where hope is poorly matched
