Where Next?

do not know where to go
i wonder what would be best
i ask myself –
where next?
do not know what i think
going out
get another drink
holding onto someone new
then watch as it all falls through
do not know where to go
do not know what to go
is time some odd test
and can i pull myself through
where next?
am i meant to learn
as i watch my hopes burn
people around, but on my own
in some self centred magical quest
i have to ask myself
where next?
