Reincarnation – Written Tuesday 7th May 2002 (Aged 27)

Reincarnation

i have seen reincarnation
standing right in front of me
i have seen the dewdrops of yesterday
settle on the now
somehow it never seemed so strange
i have seen what cannot be explained
a wedding of two tribes
and a strange pink carnation
i have seen reincarnation
i have felt its waves
as they crash upon my rocks
that feeling of, i know where i am
but i should be lost
i have seen what went before
i have seen more than i should
empty rooms with open doors
when the doors should have been closed
i have seen reincarnation
it is more than we will ever know
