Sometimes I Look at You
sometimes i look at you
and i try –
i try to tie down the feeling
that i have for you
i try to understand –
understand the way it grows
it flowers
and eventually it branches out
this feeling –
the way it has such a voice
and through our body language
it really shouts
sometimes i look at you
and i am simply overwhelmed –
overwhelmed by the emotions felt
a passion, a fire –
in which hardest thoughts melt
