I Can’t Believe In Fate, But…

i can’t believe in fate
after all,
i have dabbled in these things
but,
were you waiting in the wings?
i have seen things,
that need a second look
they will not be found in hollywood music
or a scripted book
i can’t believe in fate
but,
was you always there just waiting
after all,
on this thin ice i have been skating
and i have dabbled in relationships
just like i have dabbled,
in the so called paranormal
which, it turns out,
is just normal
but,
this is taking my breath away
the word i am thinking of
suddenly, it is not so hard to mention
but,
you have my fall attention
i can’t believe in fate
but…
