Experience And Expertise

those with experience and expertise
have told you that you are wrong
but you are so blinkered that you just carry on
not caring about the destruction caused
or that you are brutally flawed
those with knowledge and expertise
have tried to halt the slide
but that switch remains turned on inside
you cannot see the slope
on which you dangerously slide
that love and care you crave
has not gone into liquidation
was it all worth it,
is it so important to be right?
those with experience and expertise
have said like a self fulfilling prophecy
you basically wrong,
but you are so blinkered that you just carry on
