Leave Me Alone

my hands are held are held together
in what i call a hopeful clasp
so,
please leave me alone
you do not love me
and you do not care for me
they all do,
they all care for me
so i will go over there to them
my hands are held are held together
in what i call a hopeful clasp
so,
please leave me alone
that is all i ask
you do not even like me
no part of you ever truly invites me
all you ever do is put me down
especially in the way you write to me
so,
please leave me alone
believe me i have got all your messages
and they ring so loud and clear
i am well loved and well cared for
i am understood
understood by those that know me
in a way which you never could
