Seeing Through People
seeing through people –
is never much fun
if the truth be told
you never get much done
and i remember being young
throwing it away –
on hope and a wish –
of better days
seeing through people –
just shows us –
that deeper inspection –
of the core inside
which people believe they can hide
and that no one can see them –
for who they are
the truth is –
that we are all om show
our inner thoughts all aglow
even if we choose not to see them
even if we choose not to believe them
seeing through people
is a kind of heartache
but a slow ache –
it creaks and starts to believe
